Consistency is OK but too salty to eat with bread and butter. Could be used in sushi?

The caviar is exactly as described. The eggs are small, red, even in size. The product is very fresh, no smell of an old fish oil, no liquid in the can, no broken eggs. The taste is delicious. As previous reviewer noted, small can size is very convenient.

The caviar is a highest quality, all eggs were the same size and no broken ones. The consistency was thick, not watery at all, and taste was slightly salty, very nice product made with Russian traditions, affordable, and convenient small can allows keep it fresh. I’m very pleased with company and products, I buy it time and again.
