Fabulous tasting Salmon Caviar. And even though it has gone up 50% in price since I started buying it 5 years ago, it remains an excellent value at the current price. I have kept jars of this caviar in my freezer for over 2 years with absolutely no loss in taste or texture. It is simply marvelous!

Firm yet soft enough to spread on toast. Light, delicate taste. Great value for the cost. Light salinity with delicate overtones of brine but not 'fishy' at all. I order this over and over. Wonderfully done product!
