I have been a caviar fan since the late 70's when even a young struggling person could afford to buy Petrossian at the counter on Union Square in San Francisco, and have sadly watched as poaching and overfishing have made it so expensive that now I won't pay those prices. Delightfully I have discovered that American farmed caviar can be just as good, at a fraction of the price. I am on my third order of the Premium and COMPLETELY enamored. The first order the eggs were black, the second they were more olive. I can't wait to open the new tin. KUDOS to Awers and staff for selling this marvelous caviar.

This caviar is outstanding . Its taste, freshness and delicate flavors are unsurpassed. We have had other food caviar, even in Moskva but this one is by the the best. It pairs well with French Champagne on it's own or with black bread and unsalted European butter. You wont regret buying this caviar and the price is very good compared to others.
